چکیده

Aims Coronary heart disease is one of the leading causes mortality in modern societies. The associated with lack physical activity and expression some genes involved blood cholesterol transportation. Adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-binding cassette transporters G5/G8) ABCG5 ABCG8) adenosine triphosphate-dependent box protein 5 8, a member ABC transporter family, playing crucial role high-density lipoprotein lipoproteins metabolism. action ABCG5/8 to remove decrease its toxicity. increased these two factors may prevent atherosclerosis. This study aims investigate effect eight weeks aerobic resistance training on ABCG8 gene coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) patients. Methods & Materials research population included 30 men voluntarily selected randomly divided into an experimental (n=15) control group. group performed for (3 sessions per week) had no exercise. samples were taken 48 hours before beginning first session after last while all subjects fasting.
